Ultra XD CTOF Booth

ULTRA XD CTOF Booth

premium closed-top open-front booth

A versatile, end-to-end finishing environment, the Ultra XD Closed-Top Open-Front (CTOF) Booth from Global Finishing Solutions® (GFS) allows for vehicles to be filled, primed, sealed, painted and cured in one location.

The Ultra XD CTOF Booth is an ideal complement to our top-of-the-line paint booths. With dual-skin walls and superior construction, airflow and lighting, the Ultra XD CTOF is a premium environment for prepping and painting.

Features

Airflow

Ultra XD CTOF Booths come standard with GFS’ High-Performance Airflow Ceiling in downdraft or semi-downdraft airflow models. The full-filtered ceiling provides excellent air filtration and contamination control.

Lighting

Ultra XD CTOF booths feature four-tube, hip-style light fixtures. All GFS light fixtures are ETL and ETL-C listed and come complete with energy-efficient LED lamps.

Dual-Skin Insulated Panels

Pre-coated, dual-skin insulated panels on Ultra XD CTOF Booths provide a smooth fit and finish with no exposed wires or cables. Insulated panels cut down on noise and reduce ambient heat outside of the booth, while keeping heated air inside the cabin.

Heater

Highly versatile, the Ultra XD CTOF Booth has an option of GFS’ BT1200 heat unit or exclusive roof-integrated SpaceSaver heat system. The BT1200 heater can be placed on the side or rear of a paint booth, and is available in forced-dry models (BTFD). Ideal for space-conscious businesses, the SpaceSaver heater effectively compacts a high-efficiency heat system into the same area as the paint booth plenum.

Controls

Standard on GFS’ Ultra XD CTOF, the Engage® control panel features a simplified, easy-to-use touch screen interface with enhancements such as improved temperature and pressure control and alarm tracking for better, more reliable booth performance.

Construction

Manufactured at our U.S. facility, Ultra XD CTOF Booths are made with dual-skin insulated, galvanized steel panels that are coated on both sides with a white, baked-on polyester topcoat, creating a rust-resistant cabin. Vertical wall panels reduce the number of joints and seams in the cabin’s construction, leaving you with a stronger, longer-lasting booth with a smooth fit and finish.
